Patterson Farm is a taxpayer-owned historic site, with roots in Native American, Quaker and agricultural heritage. The farm is National Register of Historic Places eligible.
Under Lower Makefield Township's neglectful ownership since 1998, Patterson Farms once-magnificent historic homes & buildings have fallen into disrepair. Township Supervisors have failed to formulate a plan for proper management.
